Ok this is what happened:
I bought a youtube account of this guy for £20 and I used it for a bit and put it on ebay after asking people to buy it for £20 but no one wanted to, so its on ebay, the current bid is £68 so you know alot of profit. the guy who sold it to me found out about it been on ebay and said he wants £15 out of it cause i "******ed him over" and he threatened to get the account back. If he gets the account back and I have proof of him selling the account from the conversation and also i sent the money as goods over paypal can i report him to the police? apparently i can (said from my cousin?)

Police? No.
You can report it to Youtube but I am not sure if they even allow the selling of their accounts in their ToS.
I say sell it and forget about that guy.

Ok I think he is just bluffing about been able to get the account back, I have changed the email and password. So it should be good.

I got told about the police from my cousin and my uncles friend, because as he sold it to me, i am the legal owner of the account, so if he takes it back its theft isn't it? I have proof of purchase and proof from the conversation over skype ?

Alright, I checked and it's actually against the rules to sell an account. So both of you are breaking their ToS which means if he reports anything, they will probably disable the account.

Yep. I'm taking business courses right now. (Business law and Intro to business) Even though there was a transfer of money, the transfer is TOTALLY void because you violated Youtube's ToS. When you signed up for youtube, you agreed to abide by those terms(which you didn't). At most I bet you could request your money back from paypal.

I am not the one who accepted those ToS?
