Nope, its been suggested and i would love it but sadly not going to happen that i know of.

One was being developed. But it was bailed on for various reasons. But the official answer for no iPhone app is: its not a priority. And adapting an app to xboxmbs ad dons and mods will be a great task.

In other words: they CBF because they don't use an I device:p

They could use Tapatalk, i dont know the compatibility with that and vBulletin but it could work.

I'd love it if they could. That was my argument. I had a very large thread on it a while back. Apparently it will be very difficult to implement tapatalk with all of the modifications that XML has.
