This is where you are wrong, even I was wrong. Citizens in most states can buy them without any special permits. California is one of the only that I know that has out lawed the purchase of 50 caliber weapons. Go walk into federal licensed gun shop and ask them to order one. They will be happy to do so if you have the money.

You can NOT buy a M95 legally in the states. The M82 you can but the M95 is the military only rifle and civilians can NOT buy them.

I have a concealed carry permit but I recently lost my Smith and Wesson .357 revolver to the sherriff's department (long story). I Also used ot own a Romanian Ak-47 with a wood stock and grip with the hopes of replacing them to make it look better; I ended up selling them for a cool $300. Wish I had pics but I didn't exactly photograph my guns.

Where are you getting your info? I can guarantee you that if you are active military or LE you can buy one. It is just like fully auto MP5 or any other weapons that civilians can't just walk in and buy.

Go to your armory tomorrow and ask them. Hell ill write barrett an email right now and ask.

Beat me to it. As long as you're law enforcement or active military you can purchase and own M4s, MP5s, etc.

CIVILIAN!! What have I been saying this whole time? Go back and read my other posts, and no being active military you can't just walk in and buy one I have tried. You have to fill out a bunch of papers and then wait a few months to see if you even got approved.
