Is it really possible that if somebody borrow me his account, and he has bought some skins on gears of war 3, that it is possible to re-download it on my xbox, so I have the skins too??

Nah, License transfering only works console to console, but if it's already in one profile you can't transfer them to another profile.

I called xbox and tried to get it done to see if it was really possible but it's not.

There's a glitch on gears of war that if you download the skin pack from another profile with them, and put the skin on then swap to your profile you'll have that skin ON but not unlocked, once you swap to another skin you lose it thought or something like that I remember doing it but I know it's not permanent.

I have two profiles on my Xbox and I am able to use skins and DLC on both. It should allow you to do it.
