So I made my way up the mountain, and only shouted once after defeating the dragon and absorbing it's soul, so now I'm stuck unable to shout and have tried everything to fix this including changing the shout recovery time to 0 and 1000. Any help on this?
I have the shout and plenty of dragon souls, so do you think adding the shout through the console would help?
That's why I posted that, the only option is to use the ck to make your shout time 0 through a plugin. I'm making a quick plugin for you to try one sec.

My shout recovery time is already 0, that's why I was confused as to why it won't allow me to shout. I'll try adding the shout and see if it works.
EDIT: Tried adding all 3 shouts and none of them worked.

I found a fix on yahoo don't know if it works.
1. Use a spell [example: healing spell] [cast it in one or two hands]
2. While using that spell, click the button to do a dragon shout, and it will say "You can not shout while casting a spell"
3. After using the spell, put down your hands, and SHOUT.
and heres the plugin i created, its just an option. Don't worry about scanning for viruses cause I'm not a d****e bag. unlimitedunrelenting.esp

How do I use the plug in?
You have to put it in your skyrim data folder ( where you installed skyrim) and activate it through the launcher. continue reading or click here. If you data files option is greyed out then you have to go to skyrim prefs in your games folder and add in bEnableFileSelection=1 under [Launcher] then enable the plugin and play and try to shout.
