You should also change your save back to the Xbox format and read the first post of the rules. Since you have the commands all written out kill_seth should be able to fix your save by editing it.

Glad to help out. Been where you were at, except with me it was Briar Heart Quest bugging out. Kill_Seth fixed it for me with two commands, although I had to dig 'em up. I recommend the UESPWiki for that.
