Because the game thinks that they are quest items, I am not able to store them anywhere, eat them or drop them. Is there any way to get rid of a quest item without modding the game save? They only have a total weight of about 10, so it's not a huge issue if I can't get rid of them, but the extra storage space would still be helpful. |
You can convert the save to PC and use the 'removeitem' command which I have had to do but items marked as Quest Objects don't actually weigh anything even if it has a number next to it. You can drop all of your other items and you will be at 0/XXX.
You can also check out the
Xbox 360 Bug Report topic on Bethesda's site to see which quest those "stuck" items are tied to.
