This is definitely going to be a shot in the dark but a week or so ago I was at a skyrim site that had a generator for weapons and items. What you would do was choose the item you want and the enchantments and it would generate the console command for that weapon.

I have been searching through my history and have had no luck finding it. If anyone knows the site the link would be greatly appreciated, if not its no big deal.

I remember the background of the site was just pure black and it had a scrolling news/site feed on the top like ours ^^^^^, and I believe that there was an alchemy calculator on the site too

I think I remember the site you're talking about, but all the site I saw did was generate a batch file with item codes for you. If it's the same site, there's a program that Jayyy of this forum started a thread on where you can download it and I think do the same thing. Might be worth your time checking out.

Not sure exactly.
But I know I saw a post somewhere that he was originally working on it as a personal project since he said he was getting tired of going to that site especially when his ISP was doing scheduled maintenance.
