I got a buggy Save, I can not advance through the Theives Guild so I was wondering if kill_seth or who ever could please mod this for me by using these commands.

Can you mod this save to have 1000 health exactly (has 200 right now) infinite stamina and magicka, instant shout cool downs, and very fast magicka and stamina regeneration, lastly if you could can you add all spells, all perks (but stay level 1), and all shouts. I was wondering if is possible to add a testing hall and all enchantments to this game and if you could i would like that put in too. Thanks a whole lot for your help.

Hi, I was just wondering if there was a pre character creation save or you could make me one that lets you start at the beginning of the game make your own character and after be able to walk into a test room with all items, Armour, weapons etc, everything in the whole game in chests, all skills and perks are maxed but you start at level one and with standard health so you can still level up and level up your health so that the game is still challenging and leveling up gives your something to work towards. :L

If this is possible or you know of a save like this could you let me know thank you JuDicus.

Okay so...I just finished getting all the achievements, which took forever, and now all I want is a save to have fun with. If anyone could make a Pre-CC save (which if I need to upload one, I will) with 0 shout cooldown, 171 perk points added, which I believe can be done through console commands (I want 171 because there's a max of 251 perks and you can earn a total of 80 perk points through leveling, and I want to play the game so I unlock the perks as I hit the necessary level in the skill), and NOTHING else added. Recap: 0 shout cooldown, 151 perk points. Sorry for the long explanation and a million thanks in advance for anyone willing to do this for me.

AND I'm sorry because I know I broke the rules about listing the console commands, but I could only find the commands for adding specific shouts and perks, not modifying SHOUT COOLDOWN or adding PERK POINTS...but I feel like it's a pretty specific request either way.

Hey Kill_seth,

I was wandering, if I give you a text file/or quote, the commands:

SetObjectiveCompleted MQ101 10 1
SetObjectiveCompleted MQ102 10 1

Could you run that? And would that complete the quests "Unbound" and "Before the Storm" for the Xbox? They are the first two quests in the main story line (those are their ID's). Reason I ask this is because I lost my save and would really like to skip doing the quests again (actually a bunch of quests, I did about 50, those are just examples). I found the codes off the Wiki you provided. Would you be able to run that? And if you could, please. I just wanted a heads up.
