I started with a save immediately after leaving the cave after escaping Helgen at the beginning. I contracted a disease from a spider in the cave and cured it with a potion. I ran your script to change stats/spells/words/skills/etc. Then I transported directly to Proudspire Manor.
Disenchantable Items - lower barrel, right of enchanting table
Crafting - lower barrel, left of smelter
Custom Enchanted's - upper barrel, left of tanning rack
Vivid Rings - lower barrel, left of tanning rack
Ingredients - lower barrel, behind door
Everything Else - upper barrel, behind door
The Developer Chests are mounted sideways in the wall behind the door. I know that sounds strange, but I think you'll like it. Instead of cluttering the floor with 10 more containers, it looks like 2 rows of small panels on the wall. I balanced it with a Skyrim map on the wall and 2 barrels tucked behind the door. You have 14 containers in the room. Please ask if there is anything you want rotated or moved or whatever.
I checked all of the character animations while using the crafting equipment and everything looks good except the Smelter. It's a large thing and I tucked it into the corner, partially going through the wall. There is a large pile of dirt beside it on the right. To hide that I lowered the smelter slightly, but this causes the character's feet to go through the ground up to his ankles while he's using it. Afterwards he is returned to the ground. I hope that's acceptable.
Proudspire Manor technically belongs to you but will not have mannequins until you earn the house in the game. The extra room downstairs doesn't get updated when you purchase or upgrade the place. I think you will be okay when you get to that point. I don't know what will happen to the Argonian statue upstairs. Save before you purchase and contact me if there are any problems. The spectral horse is waiting for you outside of Solitude. The Proudspire Manor key is in your pocket. If there are any issues don't hesitate to tell me. Thank you for making a great script. It really made this much easier to do.
With everything this has, it's a great save for anyone to start with.

This is a standard Skyrim PC save file. Use Horizon to open your exs file from a memory card or the hard drive. Click the Contents tab at the top right of that panel. Right-click the Savegame.dat in the list and choose Replace. Find and select the file you downloaded above. It will say "File replaced successfully!". Click the red [Save, Rehash, and Resign] tab-button and it will say "Saved, rehashed, and resigned!"

I believe each horse will have slightly different Health/SpeedMult/Stamina/HealRate/MeleeDamage/etc stats by default. Archery/Magic/Skills and other non-useful stats can be changed but do nothing of course.
To change the stats on a any NPC (follower/animal/creature) you can use the setAV, modAV and forceAV commands. To see what they currently are you use getAV. A list of stat names and how to use those commands can be found at

I will modify your save next.
I can't make a ring that changes you into a Frost Troll.
You said "All the drawers in the house replaced with chests (if you can". When I give you ownership of all houses the contents will still be as if you haven't earned and purchased the house in the processes to become the Thane of each town. When you do become the Thane the interiors of those houses will be changed. I can go to each house and add a few extra chests for you but they may be deleted by the game when you become Thane. Do you want me to do that anyway?
>> Who ever the drunk guys from the party quest as my follower (cloned)
>> A dwellmore knight as my follower as well (the big bronze ba!) (if possible)
>> The BA from the gate to Valhalla, Tsun (cloned)
>> A daedra follower & a dragon priest follower (the frost one)
When I add a follower, if you do not immediately talk to them and ask them to follow you, they will leave your presence and return to wherever they're from. You will already have daedra followers with the Vivid Rings. In reference to the drunk guy do you mean Sanguine or Cosnach? By dwellmore knight do you mean Dwarven Centurion? I know Tsun. Otar the Mad is the dragon priest you're talking about. If I add an "evil" character I will have to make you a member of their factions so they won't try to kill you. If I do that then everyone in the world will regard you as being those factions and attack you. You would not be able to do any quests. I don't think I can set you up with a good guy like Tsun and also with bad guys like a Centurion. I'm not even sure the Centurion or Dragon Priest have any dialogue options with which to add the "follow me" text to.
Everything else you've requested is fine. Let me know your thoughts on the above.
