Default My New Portfolio

Well been working on it yesterday and today and I am really loving the design. Frankie(sgtfrankieboy) gave me an idea to create my own CMS(Content Management System) and I did it and it's one of the best things I have done. It's pretty basic but I don't need it to have all sorts of features. Here it is: David Ford

I redid the contact me script and now it works perfectly, please don't use it unless you want to contact me because I know it works.

Here is a picture of the Admin CP for the CMS.

Just a couple minor tweaks I saw that I find make the web-page seem more professional. Not trying to be a ****, only trying to help out.

I like the design, I love how sleek it is, and I like how you created it yourself. Kudos.

Wtf is that D:

Also, this:

That will probably be an issue for people using different resolution monitors..

Other than the tiny bit of sloppy code and little error above, nice job

+1 for actually making it yourself.

Thanks, I suck at English so if you find any other errors just let me know.

@Others - I know the width has a problem, I was going to fix but I had other things to do and forgot about it. I will fix it now.

I like the design, I think it needs some type of logo above it though. I second Stevie's post.

I love it. It has a very nice simplistic feel to it. Maybe a nice simple logo to add to it and it will make it better. Maybe make the width longer and maybe the height as well. I'm sure it will look better when more stuff is added to it. Great job on the overall design!

8/10

The basic frame of it needs enlarging just a bit.

You should also add the lightbox plugin so you can click on the image and it gives full screen dialog.

Lessen the inner shadow on the contact boxes or whatever you're using, its too much.
And is this with CSS3?

The code only looks out of place because when using PHP in the HTML I like to align the PHP as well. Also that should be fixed now, had to change the design a little bit but it's not too much different.

It looks like I sorted that as well, as at least for iPhone.

I am not going to make the width any bigger because I want to keep it small, clean and professional. Making any larger just wouldn't suit it. And I am not using lightbox, it's too widely used and I generally don't like it.
