is there anything thats free that can host a free website for me other than enjin and wix

Alternatively I would suggest http://x10hosting.com/, although at times you can hit your resource limit and your website will remain down for a couple of hours. Sometimes the error's caused by poorly coded scripts. I would suggest purchasing a premium hosting package, just to be on the safe side.
