Try hotsawping a game you don't use EX: put in "any game here" into the dvd drive, press install and faster then fast swap the WaW modded disc in. It will install the game and once you play the "any game here" it will run from the HDD and should run your WaW modded.

On my old flashed xbox i used some cheaper disks and had loads of disk unreadable errors, freezing, etc.. so if your not start using verbitum

It could possibly be your ImgBurn settings. Gilbertskate14 had the same problem and it was because of his ImgBurn settings, so I would talk to him and ask what settings he uses.
