how can i replace the thing that spins the disc in xbox drive? - XboxMB

k well my friend's xbox is messed up. not really but he was a dumbass and took a screw driver and the things that spins the disc broke off.

is there a way to replace that from an old drive?

if so how can i do it without breaking anything?
