Find the GPD and add it to your profile.

You can't, unless you have the .GPD file.

Horizon doesn't let you add your own GPD to your profile, mainly to prevent profile corruption. You could try another program named Le Fluffie. You can download it here.

Like Horizon creates the GPD file for you, a developer needs to update the list manually. You should contact a developer about that, although they are already aware, simply to remind them to update the list now and then.
