My internet service provider blocked their site, so you can't go do port forwarding for yourself. You have to call them and tell them what ports you want opened and they'll open them for you.

I had the same problem with a Linksys e2000,kept getting open nat on one xbox
and a strick nat on the other xbox.
Solved this problem by buying a netgear 900 router.
This router has a check box to enable open nat on this router.
Has worked from day one both xboxes have open nat.

Yeah, this probably wont work for all people. Although my old router let me portforward, and what not, it would always say that the NAT type was Moderate, or even strict. I just recommend getting a new router, as well as fixing this issue, it'll speed up your connection speed online at least slightly.
