Can anyone point in the right direction on how to hex edit items into your inventory. Mainly the stealth and bandanna. I can't find a 100% save file so I just wanted to unlock these 2 items for my save.

Not possible though Hex Editing as of now.
Its encrypted/compressed (without properly decrypting/decompressing, you will not be able to).
There are saves floating around with those 2 items at the start of the game.

so are all the modded save files old or something and now you can't do it? I found a good save at 360haven but your not allowed to register anymore :s

No, the modded saves were done on a Jtag/Dev.
You could never hex edit it from the beginning without properly decrypting/decompressing

well thats a shame, I guess il just earn everything the normal way

Pretty much, or find someone with a Jtag/Dev to help you out, or even find a couple of saves on here.
