I don't know why you made multiple threads of these... but im assuming you tried to change the ID's on your save which corrupts your save.

Do you have any backups? Check you're recycling bin if you deleted any.

I have a backup but it's from weeks ago :/ will this save file go bad on my xbox over a matter of time?

Can't you just use the quick fix tool in Horizon? It also has a safe mode feature too.
