Do you just want it so it looks like you played it? Just use Horizon.

I've tried to use that editor on my gpd, however, when I try to replace it with horizon, I get an error about the hash blocks and the profile is corrupted on the console.

Same reply as on 360 Haven: If Horizon has problems modifying your profile and your Xbox says it's corrupt, then it is definitely corrupt. You will get the same error if you replace the 58411213.gpd file with literally anything else, valid GPD or not. Delete your profile, and download it again. Or maybe try another mod tool, it's possible others might handle a corrupt profile better or even fix it - but no guarantees.
