I recently got back into this game and I was wondering if someone knows of a mod tool that still works?

Use the old mod tool.
Simply go offline on Xbox, delete your cache and don't update when you load up Fable.
Save a game file without the title update, and then mod that.
Put back in, load up file and see if it works. If it does, save, dashboard, play game, update, load game save that's modded

Extract the save from your Xbox to a flash drive, extract the save to your desktop and drag it into horizon. mod whatever it is you want to mod, save rehash and resign.

I was trying to see if i could mod Fable 3 for offline use. I know i have to delete cache and start a fable 3 save without updated title. I downloaded multiple mod tools for this game but i can never open the application. Says i dont have permission to. I dont understand why i cant open the app. Doing all this under admin. profile. Is there something im doing wrong? Any help will do. Thanks
