Hey guys

Can someone send me a link tutorial on how to mod mw2 campagn?

and where i can find working programs?

and why cant Horizon mod call of duty campagn?

Because Cheater got into a lawsuit with Activision or something like that.

Activision got mad at Cheater912 for distributing CoD Tool and he had to shut down his site www.moddedwarfare.com. Cheater912 doesn't release any more CoD modders because he'll probably get into a lot of sh*t if he does.

But I think he should still make Cod Tools like for Black Ops and MW3 (when it comes out)

Okay. There is no svg for MW2. It's all on a perspective on what you do and don't want. Sadly, you can't use Horizon for this. You need Modio. That's when you bring your regular svg onto it. It will have the option mod file on there. It is very simple to do there. Be careful in the advanced settings though, you could screw your svg up. That won't harm anything except the fact you need to start over. After that you rehash and resign, delete the old svg and INJECT the new, modded one. DO NOT DRAG IT IN THERE. The hardest part of this is remembering where your old svg belonged. Thanks this if it helps! Good luck!
