That's what I thought - and that's what most of my research told me; which is why I had moved on. Yes - they are definitely in order - Level 10, 25 then 50. The only concern I had was that was still still on Act 1, Chapter 3, and I had no achievements for completing Chapters yet. I do now, at least Act 1.
Also remember, this is a 100% Offline XBOX. I don't take this box online at all; I play the games; earn the achievements; and every so often plug the profile (Which I keep on USB) into my other XBOX 360 which is unmodded and is always on XBOX Live. Only then do my achievements get uploaded. As such my Achievements never have a Timestamp on them -- there's never any recorded time on the achievements. However, logically in this moment it's obvious that I have the Level 50 XP Achievement before completing even ACT II. So that had been my only concern.

I have to ask: If you unlocked an "Online" achievement (Like for example an achievement that you get for playing in a public online match) for a game that you actually never played Online - would they be able to tell & notice it? In case you need to know, this is for Rage. Accidentally, not knowingly, I did a Load 'N Pop for an offline achievement but for whatever reason that Save had an online achievement loaded in it. I'm wondering now if that was a bad one. I haven't loaded my profile online yet.
