HELPP!!!! "Running in offline mode" - XboxMB

On horizon, I have diamond and its says ""Running in offline mode"
Then it wont let me log in.
I just renewed my diamond like 15 minutes ago too so I know its current.
Please help... im worried that I just wasted my money!

Try disabling your anti-viruses if you have any. If that doesn't work try restarting your computer.

Run as administrator or download. Or disable your virus protection but when it is disabled dont download anything that you dont trust

i had the same issue...

Seems if I go a couple weeks or so without using Horizon, I have to redownload the program
