So yea i did my research on halo reach, is it true you can only mod 1,000 credits a day.

Or can you get by passed that

Well no, You can mod 1,000 on then play a full match then add another 1,000, but that is very tedious process in my opinion, better off just playing it normally or boosting it.

Yes, you can only add 1,000 cR a day, and you can 1,000 for every day you haven't played.

Example: I haven't played in 2 weeks, or 14 days exactly, I can add 14,000 cR. Anymore than 1,000 a day WILL get you banned.
