Next time please create your own topic and not bump / use others, on to what your saying though, in the Horizon section there is a few tutorials and such else on how to use it.

For example.. if your modding a gamesave your editor will be in the "Game Modders", or for profile modding, "Profile Tools".

You can view some detailed information about Horizon and how to use the tools below.

The game is so old, just find the person who makes/sells it and ask for an unlocked one.

No Artist sell his works unlocked. Other Games are old to, but there is a Tool in Horizon.
I have so many really good Designs in Forza 3, i will import them to Forza 4, but how? They are all locked. Can anybody help?
