I am german so please excuse any writing error

I just got banned until 9999 because I used MW3 Lobby Service.

I don't even want to talk about it.

But I would like to know what is the best way to get started?
I am really upset, it's the second time I got banned because of stupid reasons.
Maybe this could be a guide for people who have the same problem like me.

Questions:

I lost my account, but are all dlc's gone, since they are still on my xbox?
Like season pass for GOW3, DLC for Dead Space 2 armor and weapons or Maps for MW3/Reach. Any way to transfer them to my new account?

I had arround 40.000 gamerscore, I know I could slowly mod my achievments, but can I also create an offline profile and go online with it?

How many gamerscores are stealthy to go online with?

Since I paid everytime with my credit card for Microsoft Points, is there a good site to get them really cheap?

I was playing some singleplayer games like Dead Space 2 and Assassin's Creed.
Any way to get my savepoints to my new account?

Any other ideas on how to pull of a bad ass comeback with a new account?
