okay so i modded my characters and skins ( no ribbons, no medals) just characters and skins, when i load up the game it freezes how do i get it to stick?

Something may have messed up when you tried to mod it.
Just try modding it again and t should work.

Well, don't mod over the modded file, get a clean file than try to mod it again.

clear your system cache or make a quick fix in Horizon
