Default GTA IV The Ballad of gay Tony
My question is, Does the program for GTA IV Ballad of Gay Tony If so is there even when the function is that you can online cheating as the ISO Mod

You can load your saves from TBoGT in the GTA IV editor and it will mod them fine. And there is no function to "cheat" online, all the mods are single player.

Not at all. If you got a flashed console you can run some modded .iso's .

I've seen this "live". For example you can spawn cars online. There is a lot more.

You haven't got to have a flashed console you can also hot swap

I know you can ISO mod. I meant there was no fuction in horizon to cheat online.
