probably never because this is how they make money they put the good stuff like credit modding for diamond only to make people want to buy it.

This doesnt work idk if any of you noticed but when he/she started halo up he/she was recruit and press start captain i do this without horizon diamond same thing says im
Lt colonel grade 3, 2billion credits and everything unlocked but really in game nothings unlocked only in armory you can look at your self but when playing nothing shows up yes it wokrs (offline) not online you cant even goto custom games with it on not worth paying 5$ monthly for something that only works offline roffl
