Hey. I was just wondering if the Oblivion tool was fully functional, unlike Modio's. I need a good Oblivion tool. Additionally, is there an id swapper in the tool?

i think you may have to be diamond to use everything though, its only $5 a month, you get all the tools, and exclusive access to diamond only forums
