I just minutes ago played a match with a 99 overall striker. There has yet to be anything to pop up on search results or anything on Horizon. I just wanted to get the news out there that there is a mod for it and it is active. Either someone figured it out before Horizon did or this mysterious person is part of Horizon. I regret not taking note of the gamertag as I lost connection to the EA Servers and there were 18 other people in the match lobby. I will keep an eye out next time I see a modded pro.

note: lX BrEndoO x is among those already modded. That makes at least 2.

There are saves out at the moment which are legit, people have completed all of the accomplishments themselves.

Don't think there's a mod out.. Could be wrong though.

It's not a 99% pro, it's a 99 overall striker, when the highest possible is 89.
