Is it possible to get free DLC while using horizon on a non modded Xbox?

You can only get DRM-Free content for free. For example, Borderlands DLC, Fallout 3 DLC, Oblivion DLC, Mafia 2 DLC, and a few others. You can't take DLC from a friend and unlock if to be use with your account.
