use the Halo Reach credit tool in horizon.
Just a warning but if you mod more then 1000 per day you risk a high chance of ban

Adding credits thats how i do it :p i do about 2,000crd a day everynow and then

Unfortunately, that isn't possible. Even though you can't mod your rank straight from Horizon, you can mod your credits which indirectly mods your rank. You can add up to 1k credits per day, every day, or for every day you don't you play it adds onto your already set limit of 1k per day. TL;DR: 1 day - 1k 50 days - 50k. More detailed thread/explanation here. Even though you can't mod it, you can still boost, I know there are a couple of threads out there with detailed methods that I, personally, never used but can assure you a pretty hefty rank increase in a matter of hours, or minutes. I think you have to have diamond then just open your profile in it and put in 1,000 then click mod.
