Optional media update works for things like mpeg movies that you bring from your pc. Not iphone. I have iphone 3gs running os 4.0.1 jailbreak and i cannot get it to work.

Also i will help people jailbreak their ipod with a personal chat with step by step inscructions on how to jailbreak. its awesome stuff.

You don't. Apple has to be dumb and put locks on their iPhones and iPod touches that don't allow it to play Music through the USB unless it's iTunes. If you have a jailbroken device, you might be able to get something that will allow to essentially but the device into a state such as a flash drive. This would be post likely involve moving music from where it would would normally be on the device, and/or having it in two places.

On the optional media update it says, 'Allows you to play MPEG4 files from you iPod onto your XBOX i think.

No, It CAN be detected but it is detected as a digital camera.

You cant xbox does not have support or iphones yet but they do support all ipods

READ HERE FOR HELP


The iPhone or iPod Touch cant work in your xbox 360! theres only one way!!

TuT!

1. Jailbreak iDevice.

2. Go to Cydia.

3. Add source apt.dmytro.me/

4. Then go in that source and download USB Drive.

5. Reboot iDevice!

6. Go on App and click Drive only then click cancel, (or reboot)

6. Click Create Disk, name it w.e. then make what ever size. CREATE!

7, Reboot!

8. Now computer will recongize your iDevice as a USB Flash Drive!

9. Drag Music in folder.

10. Plug in Xbox.

11. DONE! THEN WHEN DONE DELETE THE VIRTUAL DISK!
