You have to connect it with the USB cord that comes with it.
Then you can listen to music on it.
You cannot download music from your iPod to your xbox though.
You can only listen to it.
CD's are different.

iphone and ipod touch storage system/whatever is different than all the other ipods and theres not update yet to play off of ipod touch or iphone.

iPhone and iPod Touch hardware is based on a Computers more than an iPod. Your Xbox will not be able to detect either of these.

They Mainly Detect Zune/Microsoft Copy Of iPod.
