Well i've never had a problem connecting to Live, but I was just kicked off. When I try to test connection it says, "Your network doesn't have a sufficient MTU setting. Xbox LIVE requires a minimum MTU setting of 1364."
So can someone help me please.

Go to your router page, it should be something like 192.168.1.1 (depending on your brand). Look for the MTU setting and change it. Simple as that.

I forget MTU is but i bet its your ISP fault not your router or modem.
for me, some times Comcast gets messed up and i got an error like this.

I do have Comcast, and I have a Belkin router, but I can't find an MTU setting anywhere. I can't even get on Xbox.com..

nah it's the router for sure had this problem before i just reset my router and redid the password

I can't get on xbl or xbox.com either. BUT if i turn my wifi off on my iphone and then go to xbox.com it works, so it has to be the isp

I also have comcast, and my friend in Minnesota has comcast too and he just got kicked off.
