Probably perma, there was a discussion in the Ambassador forums about that picture and an official said it was a suspension but no one said how long

OKAY, the only reason I want it is because I am an ambassador. I've seen a good few with custom Gamerpics! (Before anyone flames!!)

That doesn't change the fact no one is allowed to use it. If it was okay for Ambassadors to use it they wouldn't have said otherwise in the Ambassador forums. I can even look up the thread if you should so desire.

Try download GPI 2.0
and select the Japanese Region, then update and see if their pictures are on the list of downloads.
