Even your email because if your security question wasn't good and they knew you they could easily guess the answer and gain access to your account.

non of my friends kno my email or pass word and i change my password ever week

Well I went to see whats up with the account and the secondary email to reset the password s0*****@hotmail.com.

Some where down the line you must of exposed your information and someone took advantage of it. You should always have a password of at least 10 characters. I'd recommend you change your password at least every 72 days, Also having a good security question followed by a answer only you would know helps as well.

they can email a password reset link to your secondary email setup with the account. Of course the email can be changed. They don't give out the email just one part of it. Does this look familiar to you: s0*****@hotmail.com

my password was 15 characters and i never have

Well he changed the secondary email. Your pretty much screwed but I think there is an area to say that you lost your password or account in your situation and if you get the questions like you name and stuff right they will give your account back to you.
