I don't know whats going on, but i have gotten signed out of my account a few times, and it stated recovered on another console..Yes i have let others before to recover my account, but always change the password, is there anyway to stop this...Just now it happenned and all my friend were deleted

If you can sign in for 2 mins, go to Account management and go to your information. Click password at sign in and click on all other consoles. This makes them to write the password again. Make sure you changed your password. Now they cannot sign in into your profile and now your safe.

Call Xbox they will lock the account for you and make sure you have your information with you they are going to ask you a couple of questions.

Call xbox and have them freeze the account until you get it all figured out.
