Hey guys when i opening horizon i have 3 sec to hit diamond tools when I doesn't hit tools in 3 sec, not opening Diamond tools (Only diamond tools)
When i try open package manager it says '' This file is currently open in another editor! '' help me guys This is my first day To diamond

The file can only be open in one process. Meaning, if you are using the file in say a hex editor, and you're trying to edit it in Horizon at the same time, it will bring up this error. So, try to close out all programs that is using the file other than the one you intend on using it with.

Make sure the file you're trying to use isn't used anywhere, and I'm talking about on the whole computer, just that it's on the computer and no program is using it, then try to load it up on Horizon.
Also, try to extract the file from Horizon to your desktop then try to load it up.

Eg. Say your trying to mod mw3 campain(example) and your using modio and have the .svg open in modio and then you want to open it up in horizon at the same time you will get that error messege so you would have to close modio to mod it on horizon.

Modio is just another example it can be any program.

I think it's because the device explorer isn't working right
