Re-Download, once again You cannot re-install Horizon as it is a .exe file type. Also, the Firewall is probably not the reason why it is not working. It is mainly the .Net Framework because he/she cannot connect to the servers. So, please download the latest version of .Net framework or at least 3.5 so you can get Horizon working again.

Here is the link to the framework:

Download: .NET Framework 3.5 - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

It could be a firewall but most likely it isn't.
If it is, add Horizon to your exceptions or just disable your firewall/anti-virus.

vvomble, you need to calm down or else no one is going to ever help you.
We can help you very easily if you give us a more in-depth issue.

What is your anti-virus? If you do not have Anti-Virus, do this;

First, click your Start Button, then click Control Panel.

From there, click on Windows Firewall;

Then head onto clicking "Allow a Program or Feature through windows Firewall.
Than allow Horizon it's as easy as that.

Here is where you can contact me;

http://www.xboxmb.com/pm/newpm&u=91391

Also, if you have Avast!, use this tutorial on how to use Horizon with it;

First off, you want to go down to the lower Right-Hand corner of your screen. It should look some-what like this;

Right-Click the Avast! icon. The icon should look like this;

Once Right-Clicked, something should pop up like this;

Click on "avast! shields control". Something then should pop up looking like this;

When you are there, you can click on the time(s) you want to disable to firewall/anti-virus for so you can run Horizon.

Once you have clicked that, you should be prompted to disable it. It should look like this;

Just click "yes", then you can run Horizon.

You can keep Avast! but always do this to ensure that Horizon will work with-out getting an error on stat up.

If you didn't already, try getting .Net Framework 3.5 here if you do not have it;

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused but not to worry, if you have issues with Horizon please post in the Horizon Sections, we will try and help you, if people can't, I will.. or another Horizon Pro or a helpful member will keep giving you information.

First of all, what anti-virus are you running on your PC?

Secondly, what .NetFramework are you using?
