Did you download it from here?

Horizon - CNET Download.com

Or here?

http://www.xboxmb.com/download/?ref=hzn

What happens when you try to Run Horizon?
Are you up to date on your Windows Updates?

If not, please do them now. To do that, do this:
  • Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Update, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Update.
  • In the left pane, click Check for updates, and then wait while Windows looks for the latest updates for your computer.
  • If you see a message telling you that important updates are available, or telling you to review important updates, click the message to view and select the important updates to install.
  • In the list, click the important updates for more information. Select the check boxes for any updates that you want to install, and then click OK.
  • Click Install updates.
  • Read and accept the license terms, and then click Finish if the update requires it. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Also, make sure you're on 3.5 .Net Framework or up.

I've tried both, I go through all the steps with the one from CNET but when I finally choose "Install Software" it loads the bar and then closes and nothing else follows. With the .exe my computer starts to load for about 5 seconds and then just stops. No logo or anything pops up.

Alright, what anti-virus do you have?
If you have any, disable it.
Your Anti-Virus also may be blocking Horizon so try disabling it.

If you have Avast! use this tutorial:

If that fails, download TeamViewer and PM me your ID and Password.

TeamViewer - Free Remote Control, Remote Access & Online Meetings

I will assist you to my best abilities.

Thanks!

I tried looking for updates but there weren't any and I disabled my anti virus and it still only started to load for a few seconds and then just stopped. What should I do?

I will take a look into the issue.

Download TeamViewer then PM me your ID and Password once you run TeamViewer:

TeamViewer - Free Remote Control, Remote Access & Online Meetings

TeamViewer allows me to control your computer while you watch and have control of the mouse also. It's totally safe man. You can PM me here:

http://www.xboxmb.com/pm/newpm&u=91391

Hopefully I can fix this for you.

Also, try this:

Go to;
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local

Delete the folder called;

Xenocode

When you say "It loads" do you mean the logo for horizon is coming up then going away?

If so

On your computers hard drive

Go to;
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local

Delete the folder called;
Xenocode and XboxMB

Post back with your results
