On MSDN, they suggest to delete the web.config file at this path: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONF IG
and then replace it with the default one (web.config.default). So try delete web.config (should show up only as web) and then copy and paste the web.config.default and rename it to web.
