First off, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local
Once you're there, delete the folders called; Xenocode
That should do you some good!
If you cannot fine your AppData Folder, please follow this tutorial on how to find it: How to Show AppData Folder
You may also want to try running Explorer.exe as Admin.
To do so, open Task Manager, and delete Explorer.exe
Then go on File, New Task (Run...), go on Browse and go to this location "C:\Windows", then find Explorer.exe and run it as Admin.
