i have downloaded horizon and when i went to open it i get this message

application sandbox location @APPDATALOCAL/Horizon/2.3.3.0/*2012.07.17T06 is not accessible. please check location and try again

can some one please help me!!!!!!!

Reinstall it, I'm sure Pavman or someone else will explain how to do it, I forgot how.

First off, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local.

Once you're there, delete the folders called;

Xenocode and XboxMB

That should do you some good!
If you cannot fine your AppData Folder, please follow this tutorial on how to find it:

How to Show AppData Folder

You may also want to try running Explorer.exe as Admin.

To do so, open Task Manager, and delete Explorer.exe
Then go on File, New Task (Run...), go on Browse and go to this location "C:\Windows", then find Explorer.exe and run it as Admin.
