Are you loading your profile from your desktop or via the device explorer?
If it is your desktop your loading it from your profile may be corrupted.
Try deleting your account on Xbox LIVE then recovering it and try again.
If your loading it via your device explorer make sure your running Horizon as a administrator and that it is plugged in fully and not dis-connected.
