I was on TeamViewer with him.
He has BullGuard and I think 64 bit.
We got Horizon to run in Windows NT (Service Pack 5) but when closing an error.
This issue is becoming bigger and it has something to do with the debugger.
We reinstalled .NET Framework 4.0 as 3.5 wouldn't open.
