This is my first time unlock achievements, i only unlock two achievements in Plants vs Zombies but any advices for not banned my account?

Nobody knows an exact amount, just be careful and use your own judgement.

You can unlock achievements as online, just make sure you enter a timestamp and try and make said timestamp as legit as possible.
For example, dont timestamp an achievement with a time and date of 17:28 31/01/2012, if you wasnt online and playing the game in question at that time.

If the achievement is online, then timestamp it to reduce your chances of a ban.

If it's offline, you can choose. Online or offline.

I would like to know if it is normal when you have unlocked an achievement for its image to not appear properly, once you sign on and check all your achievements directly in the dashboard. Is there anyway to fix/avoid this, perhaps by recovering or downloading the Gamertag from Xbox LIVE?

Wait for the achievement to sync with the servers. It might take some time. Recovering your account also works

Offline achievements don't get timestamps. Even ones unlocked legitimately are just "Unlocked offline".

For the future, it's generally a good idea to make a new thread if you have a question that is unrelated existing threads. It's best to keep threads on topic.
