Hi, I have just ran sevice pack 3 on my laptop and downloaded Horizon, when I run the exe file I get the message Horizon encountered a problem and will have to close any unsaved work would be lost. does anyone have any ideas what may be wrong.

What Anti-Virus do you have?

Also, have you tried to run Horizon as Admonistrator?
If not, do so now.
