Warning Why cant i open Horizon?
For some reason everytime i click on the Horizon icon on my desktop it will do nothing and then it will ask me if i would like to send a report??????/ PLEASE HELP

Try downloading .net framework 3.5.

Have you tried to run Horizon as Administrator?
