You might have a ingame disease or something... I had the same thing happen to me & I think it was because my character contracted a disease.

It's funny because people thought since Skyrim was a big game it had a dedicated spot in Horizon.

That is exactly why we expect(ed) a tool for it. If we all play it, we want to mod it. Also since Horizon has one for Oblivion, logically people would think one would be out for the next one. Your logic is flawed. Also it did have a spot, I am sure Cheater tried/is trying to make a tool.

If you really wanted to mod Skyrim you can easily download the game for PC and mod it that way, which is how everyone is modding peoples' saves. You obviously don't know how complex a save for Skyrim is. The entire point of Skyrim was to explore and modding it can possibly take out some of the best moments in the game. Just because Oblivion had one doesn't mean every game in the series is going to get one, it was made a long time ago, and at the time the saves did not have the advanced security that they do now a days. Not every game needs to modded also.

Then some people like myself, Conquer the game in mere weeks and want to add some flair with mods,
And downloading Skyrim is one of 2,Expensive. Or Cost nothing which is illegal,

A solution for this.... Buy skyrim (PC), mod it yourself, i'ts not hard, I used to just ask for others to mod my save and for a mod tool just like you, but then I bought a skyrim from steam.
